Another of Shao Khan's creations, Skarlett is considered to be the most deadly of assassin's to come out of Outworld. She was created by combining the blood of many a fallen warrior with the darkest of magic, and thus birthed a being who has power over blood, hers and her opponents. She is usually chained within the Colosseum, only let loose if the need arises.
